	OUR BUSINESS
	NewNorth Projects Ltd. is a publicly traded real estate development company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “NNP”. A 10% debenture, listed under "NNP.DB", that matures 2012 is also listed on the Exchange. Engaged in land and property development, NewNorth's endeavours range from residential single family to multi family developments throughout Alberta, into the Northwest Territories.
	HISTORY
	Since inception, May 30, 2002 (a result of a "Plan of Arrangement" agreed upon by the shareholders of Urbco Inc) NewNorth has continued to successfully develop land and housing projects in Alberta, and the Northwest Territories, including projects such as: Willowside Equestrian Estates (Okotoks, AB) - a country residential project on the outskirts of Okotoks, this community brings acreages, four to five acres in size, to those seeking true country living combined with the conveniences and sense of community found in small town Alberta. Riverview Heights (Fort McMurray, AB) - sold in 2005, this land and housing project that sold out in 2005 brought affordable single family housing to this northern community. Niven Lake Apartments Phase II (Yellowknife, NT) - this multi family project was completed and sold to our client in 2004. Current projects include projects in the Calgary and Fort McMurray, Alberta area Sheep River (Okotoks, AB) - a multi phased mid to upper market land development. Originally begun under NewNorth's predecessor, Urbco Inc., NewNorth continues to develop these land holdings in Sheep River. This project has provided a well received product since 1992. Other projects scheduled for land development in the Calgary area also include: Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks,and Cochrane. Queen & Gordon Limited Partnership (Fort McMurray, AB) - a "mixed use" condominium development with commercial untis on the main floor of this four storey residential building. Three projects have begun, through limited partnerships, in Fort McMurray, Alberta, including: Two multi family over commercial projects currently under construction. A 144 unit, multi phase residential apartment condominium project that is scheduled to commence construction spring, 2006.
	PEOPLE
	The management of NewNorth and its Directors have a lengthy history in the construction and development business in Northern Canada and Alberta. Urbco Inc.'s founders sponsored a rental housing syndication in Yellowknife in 1968. Since that time, that initiative has continued and expanded through Urbco Inc. and into its successor, NewNorth Projects Ltd. The entities have been successfully developing residential land, housing and condominiums since Urbco became a publicly traded company in 1991.
